We operate in more than 1500 cities across 25 countries. Every year, +200k merchants generate over 4B€ in sales through our platform and over 20M customers get their goods delivered in minutes.

We have a vision: To give everyone easy access to anything in their cities.

And this is where your ride starts…

YOUR MISSION

In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge. We do that through 3 verticals: Groceries with Partners, Groceries with our own Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs), and Retail Shops.

You will join the Global Demand Planning team responsible for guaranteeing product availability while mitigating food waste in our MFC (Micro fulfillment centers)

THE JOURNEY

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand planning processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to optimize demand planning operations.
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand accurately.
  • Develop end-to-end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC availability and reduce food waste.
  • Work on different improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
  • Be part of the definition and process implementation of strategic projects that will increase the team’s productivity
  • Monitor and coordinate improvement plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain/operations role
