As an Associate Business Analyst, you will work alongside the Technical/Project Delivery team to assist in gathering and documenting product requirements. You are a natural problem solver and will help in processing business analysis, needs assessment, and solution definition throughout the systems development lifecycle. You communicate in an empathetic, positive, and friendly manner, with a focus on clarifying business needs and providing excellent customer service. 

You Will: 

  • Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify and help clarify requirements. 
  • Organize documents for projects, proposals, and other documentation involving business processes and product requirements. 
  • Help gather, clarify, and validate requirements. 
  • Contribute to improvements and changes to business processes. 
  • Assist Business Analyst with development of testing strategies and plans. 
  • Use data and process modeling tools to form a structured analysis. 
  • Understand IT and project management concepts.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Applies creative thinking and problem solving to clarifying requirements related issues.
  • Broad understanding of programs, projects and knowledge management processes and toolsets
  • Aptitude and desire to learn content development, interface design, information architecture, digital branding, and marketing communications.
  • Worked on Data Analysis, Process Improvement or related Projects in your capstone courses, internships, or volunteer experiences. 

 Nice-to-Haves:  

  • Post-secondary, diploma, or certificate education in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel includes data entry and formatting, sorting and filtering, visualization (through charts and graphs), and basic statistical analysis.
