Wayfair is looking for motivated individuals to join our sales/customer focus team who are passionate and  relentlessly focused on boosting sales, building personalized connections, and creating an environment that  invites and inspires our customers.

Essential Functions• Drive sales in store by building personalized connections with customers through thoughtful questions to  understand their needs..• Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies our Wayfair commitment to relentless  customer focus.• Become an expert of Wayfair products and services to help guide customers thru their questions & provide  product options both in store and online thru our endless aisle and store application.• Demonstrate confidence in closing the sale and educating customers on various ways to purchase including  through POS, Online, and our app.• Assist customers on the sales floor. • Collaborate effectively in all operational aspects of the store including but not limited to: processing new  products, floor sets, replenishment, backfill substitutions, and general upkeep of the store.• Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and team members.• Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.• Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products,  promotions, and operations.

Experience Qualifications• Less than 1 year -  Retail sales experience (Design related environment and specialty sales  experience a plus)• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
