About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and support our Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs). The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase conversions in our target regions, UK, USA, Nordics and Benelux. This role requires a proactive and innovative professional who is adept in Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and managing web development agencies.

What would you do?
  • Strategy Development: Alongside the RMMs, develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, improve search rankings, and increase online engagement.
  • PPC Campaigns: Lead, optimize, and track PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and visibility across all major search engines.
  • SEO Management: Continuously optimize and report on SEO efforts to boost organic search results and performance.
  • Web Development Oversight: Manage relationships with external web development agencies to ensure timely and successful execution of web projects that align with our digital strategy.
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing management with a track record of B2B success, including hands-on experience with PPC and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The icing on the cake:
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Understanding of / enthusiasm for SMEs and / or Supply Chain.
