As a People Partner at Personio, you are part of the People & Workplace Team and responsible for leading the people strategy with our functional leaders across Europe. You will partner with leaders of all levels in our Sales Function, develop and execute effective people plans that enable the team to achieve its short and long term goals, ensuring alignment with the overall Personio people vision and strategic pillars.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Create and deliver commercially aligned people plans, including workforce, organisational development in collaboration with senior leaders and their teams.

  • Activate and deliver all core Personio people activities in your department together with your leaders and their teams

  • Work with senior leaders to successfully master our people cycles around performance growth, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning

  • Provide regular people data dashboards with insights/actions for business areas to align on future people priorities or needs

  • Coach and develop leaders around employee relations, conflict resolution, performance and team dynamics, so they can become more self-sufficient

  • Be a neutral point of contact for any employee to discuss and problem solve sensitive topics

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have established experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment 

  • You have gained experience working in a fast-growing technology focused environment

  • You have outstanding communication skills and are able to engage and adapt to all different types of situations in an authentic way 

  • You care about people and have lots of empathy so that you build trust quickly throughout your area of responsibility

  • You master balancing all levels of stakeholders at ease

  • You have previous experience in some of the following topics: performance management, compensation, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, DEI

  • You are fully fluent in German
