Wayfair is seeking a Human Resources Associate for our global HR Shared Services function.

As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through supporting ongoing HR Transformation work that will enable efficient processing of employee-focused policies and facilitate seamless transitions. The Human Resources team makes sure the fun, hardworking, and innovative culture of Wayfair are constants in the work lives of our employees.

What You'll Do:Collaborate cross functionally, with stakeholders across various locations and time zones, to gain a comprehensive understanding of Wayfair’s Talent process landscape, conducting time studies and developing process maps and SOPs as necessary.Develop & utilize understanding of Wayfair’s Talent processes and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process enhancements, always striving for an excellent end user experience.Partner closely with HRIS & Talent tech teams, to coordinate system enhancement requests and testing for the implementation of automation and self-service initiatives.Review and align existing content and internal documentation with updated global content governance standards to ensure consistency and compliance.Support creation and launch of global change management and communication strategies as HR transformation milestones are reached. 

What You'll Need:Experience in a dedicated HR Generalist, Shared services or HRIS role preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, preferredAbility to use sound judgment, creatively problem-solveAbility to effectively and respectfully partner with individuals at varying levels within and outside of the organizationComfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environmentOutstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent English language skillsExcellent computer skills and technical aptitude including Google Suite and HRIS systems
