You work closely with your peers, including engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to clarify goals and vision and to drive execution and delivery. You identify organizational problems to address, clarify requirements, set goals and measure progress on key metrics, define and prioritize program roadmaps, and create lightweight operating models and communication paths to maximize the efficiency of the broader organization.     How You’ll Find Success
  • By identifying process improvements to help large scale teams optimize for efficiency
  • By ensuring continuous communication throughout a programs lifecycle across cross functional stakeholders.
  • Mentoring colleagues and providing actionable feedback
  • Developing roadmaps for initiatives that can span multiple quarters.
  How You’ll Grow
  • You’ll be responsible for the success of programs (which may span multiple teams and stakeholders)
  • Interact with leaders from all facets of the Product, UX, and Engineering Organizations. 
  • Help drive key deliverables from a global perspective

  • Create processes and mechanisms that are high quality, scalable, and sustainable
  • Continually find ways to improve our processes
  • Recruit, build and develop high performing teams members
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company and serve as an advocate for the function
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Demonstrated success delivering on cross-functional programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 4+ years of organizing and running projects

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Washington State Pay Transparency Range$107,000—$197,500 USD
