This position will be based in NYC but fully remote is allowed if you live in one of the following states: MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, FL, IL, CO, AZ,  TX, or CA. Candidates must be willing to work east coast hours.

We are looking to grow our talented team of marketers. As the Marketing Manager, Integrated & Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for sales marketing and enablement strategies that support our Trade and Private Client sales team in building client relationships, nurturing leads, driving engagement and growing revenue. Additionally, you will lead cross-channel marketing efforts to drive Trade member engagement, traffic, activation, retention and share of wallet.

This is a cross-functional role that will involve working with internal and external stakeholders. You will work in close partnership with marketing channel leads, the sales organization, sales operations, and interface directly with our trade audience of interior designers and architects.

 

What you’ll do:

Sales Marketing and Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop sales enablement strategy for nurturing and engaging customers through sales communications and sales automation
  • Partner with sales operations to implement automation workflows, create target segments, build triggers and monitor performance
  • Keep sales team up to date on new marketing campaigns, products and offerings
  • Innovate how we engage clients through sales touchpoints, including email, social, call scripts, collateral, and more
  • Using campaign performance reports, draw out key insights and analyses that identify improvement areas for future campaigns

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Drive Trade growth in new and repeat customers, and share of wallet by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Support commercialization of the Trade 1st Program benefits across marketing channel (e.g. email, paid, site, etc.)
  • Partner with the broader integrated marketing team on campaign strategy and execution
  • Stay on top of the macro environment, competitive landscape, design industry themes and happenings, and apply innovations and insights to our campaigns
  • Oversee management of Trade 1st benefit fulfillment

Measurement & Effectiveness

  • Work with channel owners, sales operations and Analytics to test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance
  • Analyze KPIs and provide feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration
  • Leverage data, consumer insights and market trends to formulate learnings that will inform product positioning, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships

 

Who You Are

  • You have a passion for brand and sales marketing with a track record that shows it
  • You have 3-4 years of sales enablement and/or digital marketing experience
  • You have experience developing sales enablement content and campaigns
  • You have experience working a nimble team environment with fast-growing expectations
  • You have an understanding of the demand funnel
  • You are well-organized and detail-oriented enough to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills with ability to lead meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You are comfortable and effective as an individual contributor
  • You have experience working in B2B, e-commerce, home, design or luxury a plus
