Join our dynamic Marketing team as Web Lead, working with the best marketers in the business to drive demand and take your career to the next level in this fast-paced environment where you will be given the opportunity to thrive. As the Web Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding how prospects and customers engage with Personio’s various multi-language websites. Using your data analytics skills and a test and learn mindset, your role is critical in enabling and informing teams with your data analysis and user-research.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement 

  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and determine the most effective content, design, and user flows 

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site, and goal completions 

  • Segment and analyze user data to understand different customer journeys and behaviors 

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement data-driven improvements to the website and digital experiences 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion rate optimization 

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive increased website engagement, lead generation, and sales 

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS

  • Expert in web analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude,Tag Manager)

  • Strong data visualization skills with experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Domo, Power BI and Tableau

  • Proficiency in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests in tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Unbounce

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and web development

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data sets into clear and actionable insights
