The Channels organization at Elastic drives revenue generating partnerships with our Consulting, Managed Services, resell and Cloud Partners across our customer base. In enterprise and commercial accounts this is in a co-sell motion and the SMB segment is fully channel driven. Our Partner Sales Manager's (PSM)  are responsible for recruiting, enabling and management of the ecosystem in the region. The role reports to the Head of EMEA Channels with a dotted line to the area sales leadership team.

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager for ITALY to join our Partner organization. You will be responsible for managing the success of the Channel and driving Elastic’s efforts to build an elite ecosystem of partners who are highly strategic to the company’s long-term goals. Partner you will be working with are a combination of Global and local partners including the hyperscalers.

You will:

  • Manage the Italian Channel eco-system as an Individual Contributor
  • Create and implement a strong Channel Strategy for Italy. Responsible for building out our partner ecosystem that drives consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and channel enablement 
  • Create and drive a cloud partner strategy in a co-sell motion with the hyperscalers focused on accelerating Marketplace bookings through these partners.
  • Work closely with the regional sales AVP EMEA South & Country Manager Italy and cross functional groups to align on territory based partner strategy, resources, and execution
  • senior leadership and stakeholder management Internally but also externally 

Requirements

  • Experience building and managing a Channel organisation in a high growth company
  • Direct sales experience in an individual contributor role
  • Good understanding and network in Italy
  • Experience co-selling with the hyperscalers
  • Understanding of Security, Data Analytics, GenAI, or big data markets / products or ability to learn quickly
  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial partner environment
  • Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, including international travel
  • Preferably based in Milan or Rome
  • Fluent in English and native Italian speaker
