In this Proposals Specialist role, you will find success by effectively managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines, and producing high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our strengths and solutions. Collaboration and open communication with our sales, marketing, and subject-matter experts will be crucial in gathering the information needed to create winning proposals. Your ability to understand customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly will be key to your success.

  How You’ll Grow A key skill in Proposals is the ability and drive to constantly grow and learn to better support Sales and our Customers. We enable this by constantly providing trainings and learning and development opportunities as well as cross-functional projects to build our skillsets.     Things You’ll Do
  • Lead and/or run the proposal creation process for the responses Qualtrics develops in conjunction with RFPs, RFIs (requests for proposals/information), a security questionnaires received
  • Build compliant outlines for RFPs/RFIs
  • Work with the proposal team to support the sales team with client-facing, written communications
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the company to answer niche questions from specialized teams
  • Work on multiple requests to meet the client’s deadlines while also aligning with the deadlines of internal teams
  • Answering security and technical questions catered directly to that client’s needs in a compliant fashion.
  What We’re Looking For On Your CV
  • Undergraduate degree in English, Communication, Translation, Project Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, Technical Writing, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant majors
  • Intern experience in writing, translation, proposals, proposal development, technical writing, content creation, cybersecurity or IT quality assurance
  • English fluency with both spoken and strong writing skills, technical writing skills preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communication, project management and deadline management skills
  • Experience with survey or market research preferred
  • Business Spanish communication capabilities
