• UXR Operations: You drive user experience research (UXR) operations and research strategy across multiple product lines, optimizing their effectiveness
• Strategic Insights: You analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to derive strategic insights for product design enhancements
• Actionable Insights: You assist teams in interpreting cognitive, behavioral, and physiological consumer data to provide actionable insights
• Research Findings: You evangelize research findings creatively, advocating for the adoption of optimal methodologies and practices
• Support Research: You support other researchers and product teams, ensuring professional and efficient execution of research activities
• Usability Trends: You act as a consultant, advising on product usability trends and consumer experience standards
• Collaborative Ideas: You generate ideas in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams from concept through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing

• Professional Experience: You possess over 5 years of professional UX research experience, showcasing a successful track record in organizational settings
• Research Operations: You build and maintain key research operations, such as user panels and templates, to streamline processes
• Research Efficiency: You utilize a variety of UX design tools like Miro, Maze, and Figma, enhancing research efficiency and collaboration
• Product Decisions: You apply diverse research methods, including qualitative, quantitative, and field research, to inform product decisions
• Collaboration: You facilitate workshops effectively, both remotely and in person, fostering collaboration and innovation in design processes

• Comprehensive Understanding: You have acquired comprehensive understanding of our ecosystem and its products as well as the customer needs and use case
• Mentorship in Research Methods: You support various product teams in their discovery process by mentoring them on when to use specific research methods
