About the job

As the global Source to Pay Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight on all project delivery within the Source to Pay (S2P) area. You will recommend the best approach on how Oracle S2P Fusion technology can solve current business problems. You will already have extensive experience with the Oracle Fusion applications suite and in particular Procurement, Payables, Cash Management and Expenses. .  

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Serve as the Global Oracle SME for the Source to Pay area - Procurement, Payables, Cash Management and Expenses modules
  • You will act as the solution architect for this area mindful of how solutions impact the current and future ERP IT landscape.
  • You will also mentor and act as a coach for junior members of the global S2P team.
  • Be comfortable with articulating solution proposals to all levels of management and end users.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders (mostly in U.S. and EMEA)
  • You will be comfortable working with globally dispersed I.T. teams and senior business leadership being predominantly based in the U.S.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees and Oracle Fusion Certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years’ consulting experience - implementing, supporting Oracle Applications in S2P Area
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications modules - Procurement, Accounts Payables, Expenses and Cash Management. Other Financials modules such as General Ledger, Fusion Tax are a plus. 
  • Should have played Solution Architect Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle Fusion Application capabilities.
  • Completion of at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Fusion Implementations - ideally as S2P Functional Lead or S2P Workstream Lead
  • Minimum of 4 End-to-End Implementation projects in Oracle ERP.
  • Should have experience of designing and delivering complex solutions in highly integrated applications landscape like Procurement, Payables and other S2P modules 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.
  • Excellent communication - verbal / presentation and written plus interpersonal skills, English is a must. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable to work across time zones – bulk of business community in US region

Desired:

  • Oracle Fusion Certifications
  • SAFe / AGILE certifications 

Location

This role will be remote and based in Colombia. 

Travel
