Your Role

Our approach to working with elite sporting organizations is evolving—they want strategic alignment, not just products that serve individual teams and departments. To meet our customers’ needs, we’ve formed a Customer Solutions team to provide pre-sales, pro services and product innovation services.

Now we’re looking for a Sr. Solutions Consultant to specialize in soccer across the professional and NCAA DI levels. You’ll listen to the complex needs of our customers and advise them on Hudl Pro Suite solutions. In this role, you’ll have a very real impact on organization, and you’ll share the lessons you learn with our team.

We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in Lincoln, Omaha or Lexington, but we're also open to remote candidates based in Kansas City, Boston, Chicago, Austin, Dallas or Phoenix. 

Must-Haves
  • Soccer guru. You have experience with high-performance workflows and global best practices in elite soccer, especially around recruitment (scouting) and team performance (coaching and analysis).
  • Well-connected. You have a strong network within the professional soccer community that can lead to further industry expert connections.
  • Engaged. You proactively connect with key customers and use consultative techniques to help identify areas of growth and support.
  • Experienced with Hudl. You have hands-on experience with the Pro Suite—including Wyscout, Hudl, Hudl Sportscode and Hudl Replay—in a soccer setting.
  • Flexibility to travel. You’ll spend 15–20% of your time traveling, to engage and interact with our customers, or to attend conferences.
Nice-to-Haves
  • NCAA insight. You have prior experience working within an NCAA soccer environment. 
  • Multi-sport interest. Although soccer will be the main focus of this role, knowledge of other key sports in North America would be beneficial.
  • Data-driven. You have experience using Tableau or other business intelligence tools to influence the decision-making of key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative. You’ve worked with sales teams to grow a pipeline of new opportunities and generate revenue. You can articulate compelling multi-pillar solutions that address customer needs.
