Onsite - Boston, MA (M-TR)

Wayfair Professional’s North American Business to Business (“B2B”) and Consumer Sales team is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented Analyst to join the Global Planning & Analytics team. While our site and app experience allow for seamless self-service, our higher-value customers benefit from sales support. Sales teams establish relationships with purchasing decision-makers, educate customers about Wayfair’s assortment, services, and capabilities, and proactively reach out to intercept emerging needs to help them complete their orders and projects. The Global Planning & Analytics team is responsible for analyzing customer behavior and operational performance to provide visibility, testing, and optimization of business initiatives. The team is highly cross-functional and works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales Teams, Marketing, and Storefront to grow the B2B and Consumer Sales channels.

We seek a motivated analyst who will partner with business stakeholders and leadership to support our weekly/monthly business reviews and sales program analysis. This includes a focus on the B2B Sales data  to evaluate the success of channels/campaigns, customer segmentation, and strategy optimization. The role requires a blend of analytical ability and strong communication skills as the individual will be expected to drive their own workflow and share learnings/takeaways with leadership.

  • Conduct thorough ad-hoc analysis.
