In your role as Sales Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for the development, facilitation and management of Personio Sales Academy. The Personio Sales Academy will focus on developing key competencies, sales skills and methodologies for our Sales Development team members being promoted to Account Executives. 

In addition, you will be supporting the facilitation of sales training in English and German for both Sales Development and Account executives team members during their onboarding and continuous learning journey.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Develop, facilitate and manage a best-in-class sales academy to ensure key competencies are developed and can be demonstrated by sales development representatives as they transition to account executives roles

  • Develop, facilitate and manage sales trainings on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis for Personio Sales teams 

  • Deliver high quality training experiences, applying adult-learning techniques and tools to engage learners and enhance knowledge / skill retention.

  • Review and measure the effectiveness of sales programmes through a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators

  • Collaborate with account executive team leaders to identify gaps, review progress and align on common success metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to design and update sales training materials in line with business updates, and ensure they are of a professional standard

  • Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry trends, tools, processes, competition and insights, incorporating them into training programs.

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to sales team members to supplement core sales training curriculum

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You are fluent in English and German, with a thoughtful, structured, and transparent communication style (verbal and written)

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in sales training 

  • You have direct sales experience in a SaaS or B2B environment and good business acumen

  • You have a strong understanding of applying sales methodologies, customer engagement process in B2B SaaS and qualification approaches such as MEDDICC

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills that can accommodate both in-person and virtual learning environments

  • You are a sales coach who can identify skill gaps and change management opportunities to be able to make relevant recommendation for improvement

  • You have a good understanding of adult learning principles and your programmes are structured with both the learner experience and the specific outcomes of a session in mind

  • You have the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-changing priorities, inherent to a fast-growing organisation
