Together, we partner with the business to ensure every member of the Sales & Partnerships organisation has the skills, knowledge, process awareness and content to maximise every customer and prospect interaction in the most impactful way. We strive to set the standard for enabling revenue-generating teams and we are excited for you to join us on this journey of growth!In your role as SDR Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for the development, facilitation and management of the SDR Enablement skills curriculum.In addition, you will work closely with the onboarding team to support the successful onboarding of our Sales Development Representative new hires.This is an exciting time to join a growing team and an opportunity to influence and drive how we develop sales skills competencies in our Sales Development teams, how we continuously develop those skills and directly impact the success of individual team members in their sales career through best-in-class enablement.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Build a SDR enablement roadmap around skills and competencies to enable personal and professional growth of the SDR team members by leveraging the SDR roles performance management and competency framework
  • Train, coach and mentor our SDR team members to ensure they are successful in their roles
  • Run world-class distributed SDR enablement programs including content creation, facilitation, processes adoption, metrics tracking and tool adoption
  • Regularly assess SDR capability through partnering with team leads, shadowing, and business feedback as well as defining success metrics
  • Work hand in hand with our Onboarding Manager to ensure continuity with SDR onboarding programs, providing exceptional employee experience and decreasing ramp time
  • Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing
  • Review and measure the effectiveness of sales programmes through a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators, and build iterative changes to constantly improve their outcome.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You are fluent in English and German, with a thoughtful, structured, and transparent communication style (verbal and written)
  • You have direct sales experience in a SaaS or B2B environment and good business acumen
  • You have a good understanding of qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC
  • You have strong presentation skills that can accommodate both in-person and virtual learning environments
  • You are a sales coach who can identify skill gaps and change management opportunities to be able to make relevant recommendation for improvement
  • You have the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-changing priorities, inherent to a fast-growing organisation
  • You have good attention to detail, project management and organisation skills
